That's like asking which kind of torture do you like. Both are not easy classes, and both are required for pharmacy. I took a semester with both physics and organic chemistry, and it was not easy, but that was on the college level. Take what you want.

Your question is difficult and requires more questions before it can be answered.

First you have to honestly determine how strong transcript currently is for admission to a competitive college. Have you taken any AP classes? What is your overall GPA? What are your academic strengths?

Neither Microbiology nor Organic Chemistry are offered as AP classes and the standards that you school has for such classes may vary from year to year as different teachers lead the course. Do you know which teacher will be offering each course in the coming year? What are their standards?

You need to determine which class you would enjoy more/ be more likely to be successful in -- either could be helpful toward future success.

It is common for students in college who are majoring in pharmacy to have a stiff set of requirements during their "prepharmacy" coursework. This would include an entire year of general chemistry, an enter year of organic chemistry, a full course in general biology, a full course in microbiology, a full course in anatomy & physiology, at least a full semester of physics as well as courses in calculus, economics and composition.

It will be easier to take microbiology than organic chemistry you can bet on that! Especially if you are taking physics on top of it.

Remember, with organic you will probably get a lab thrown in there as well, and that's quite a task in itself - I'm not sure if you into that or not. There will be lab reports, lab quizes, and you will have to be accurate with your techniques, as well as memorize organic (which most of it is in fact - brute memorization).
