no don't tell them!!!!!!! as for pains, do you have a midwife yet? if yes phone them and ask them. if not try ringing NHS direct if you live in the UK. this could be a sign of misscariage and could be prevented if you get the right treatment early enough

The aches could just be ligament pains which can occur in pregnancy, but I can appreciate the main thing on your mind would be possible miscarriage. If it is a threatened miscarriage then you would start with some bleeding. There is no treatment for miscarriage so although it is only natural to worry about this, you can only watch and wait and see what happens. Rest up and try to relax. It will likely settle.

If the pains get worse, or if you start to feel unwell or have bleeding you need to see a doctor asap to rule out ectopic pregnancy, which can be dangerous. I don't want to scare you as this is unlikely, but just be sensible and seek medical advice if this persists.

sometimes in early pregnancy when the uterus is stretching you get pains don't be to worried about it. But if the pains get really bad or you start bleeding heavily phone a doctor asap. x Good luck hope you have a healthy happy baby. u would be best telling an employer ur pregnant no point in not saying then getting sacked when they find out.

getting dull aches is quite normal in early pregnancy....as long as you are not bleeding I would not worry too much. Also since you are not very far along it would be ok to not tell a future employer...it will be harder to find a job if you do tell....and it is always best to wait until after your first trimester to say anything anyway as there are soo many things that can happen.

The pains are normal, but if you start bleeding and/or the pain becomes unbearable you have to see a doctor.
I remember when I was 6 weeks pregnant, I was in pain too...so much so I was convinced I was losing our baby...but I have since found out this is normal...and I didn't lose my Angel.
Relax.

As for the job situation. It's your call. try going for temporary, rather than permanant postitions, and make sure that it is work you can do when pregnant.
