Do you believe that jr and his regime should be tried for war crimes they've committed in Iraq?
When we laid seige to Fallajah, and killed every human being in the city, the first place we bombed were the hospitals.
Attacking hospitals is against the Geneva Convention, which the U.S. signed, giving it's word to abide by, no matter what.
Bombing hospitals is not only against international law, it's a crime against humanity.
Should bush & co be subjected to the same trials and punishment of other war criminals?

And if you support bush, you support the bombing of hospitals.

isn't the total disregard for the Geneva Convention and Gitmo's very existence enough reason? Just because he calls it aggressive interrogation does not change the fact the United States of America has condoned torture. As a citizen of this great nation I am ashamed to have to accept that action.

The Geneva convention does not cover homicide bombers and cowards who hide in buildings. No mercy to the devil. If there are machine guns shooting from hospitals killing allied forces, If there are bombs being made in those hospitals because cowards live there, if you do not support destroying them, then you support every American soldier killed in Iraq. How do you feel now? Obviously you have none

i skipped over all of your BS except for the last sentence, "And if you support bush, you support the bombing of hospitals."

Is that how it works? So based on your logic the following statement is true: "And if you supported Clinton, you supported the terrorist attacks on 9/11." We know this to be true since Mr Let's Play Hide The Cigar had so many chances to take out Osama and did not.

Still believe in your own BS?

yes bush should be tried and hanged twice like saddam. i dont know what kind of accuracy the americans when they hit the hospitals and housing of the people. they lied too much in the t.v.
americans after bombming hospitals and private housing, they said they were misinformed, so since you are not sure of the places, whether the terrorist were there or not, why bombed it..
americans military killed more people compare when saddam in power. everyday hundreds were killed in iraq, iraqis, americans, and other foreign nationals. saddam when he was in power, no such killing like that. im not with saddam, but lets be logic and face the reality. in my own opinion, bush and the rest of the countries participated in the war are criminal. saddam killed its own people, but bush and the rest of the group, killed too much foreigners and americans the most. there was no good result of war in iraq, just it worsen the situation more. i was not with america nor with iraq, buts the fact and my real opinion...

The Geneva conventions do not apply to non uniformed insurgents. If they hide in hospitals of course you bomb them, if they use children for human shields you shoot through them. International law does not apply to the US, our laws are all we need. Just a question for you to ponder, just who would arrest Bush and how would they bring him to trial

"When we laid seige to Fallajah, and killed every human being in the city, the first place we bombed were the hospitals".

Ahhhh, yeah...about that, you wouldn't happen to have any kind of source, now would you? CNN would have wet themselves to air something that anti-American.

your question is completely single-minded and ignorant...

friendly fire and mis-gridding happens IN EVERY WAR...

if so, put every past president thats been president during a war (as 98% have..) in jail, and destroy their reputations + contributations to the freedom's we take for granted in modern America...

Clinton accidentally bombed a medicine factory after trying to bomb an Al-Queda base Osama was supposed to be at...

that lead to the deaths of probably thousands of sick people in the poor middle east in the late 90's..

should he be convicted of war crimes?

Bush Sr. accidentally bombed some civilian targets in the gulf war killing thousands of men, woman, kids, and babies..

should he be convicted of war crimes?

I can continue down the list of presidents, current to least current...

it goes on forever...

its part of war. clearly you democrats dont know what "WAR" is.. and that's why the military is mostly conservative hard-liners.

Nice once sided statement.... another person who has that 'im right and i will not accept anything else even if its a fact' angle. they have a word for that kind of attitude. the word is idiot.

Do you have evidence that the US military intentionally targetted hospitals? if you dont shut the pie hole. your tired try him for war crimes stuff is old.
IF it was possible someone would have already done it.
