Is it possible to become after you have had your tubes tide? They have been tied for 3 years now but this past 2 weeks I have been nausea, crampy and weird feeling....I am just wondering if anyone knows.

Following tubal ligation, there is a low risk (less than 1%) of ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the fertilized egg implants in a place other than the uterus, usually in one of the Fallopian tubes. Ectopic pregnancies are more likely to happen in younger women, and in women whose tubes were ligated by electrocoagulation.
After having her tubes ligated, a woman does not need to use any form of birth control to avoid pregnancy. Tubal ligation is almost 100% effective for the prevention of conception. The possibility for treatment failure is very low--fewer than one in 200 women (0.4%) will become pregnant during the first year after sterilization. Failure can happen if the cut ends of the tubes grow back together; if the tube was not completely cut or blocked off; if a plastic clip or rubber band is loose or comes off; or if the woman was already pregnant at the time of surgery.

Yes which you could get pregnant once more after your tubes are tied. And the longer it has been from getting your tubes tied, the more seemingly it's. That is considering the fact that your body has had time to repair itself. That is why you right here ladies getting pregnant 10 years after getting their tubes tied.

Yes. Basically, the pinching of the fallopian(sp?) tubes is supposed to prevent an egg from reaching your uterus. But if an egg manages to slip through, you can become pregnant.
If you think you may be pregnant it is VITAL that you see a doctor. It has happened--women who had their tubes tied had the egg fertillized in the fallopian(sp?) tubes, which is where the baby tried to grow and develop. This can cause MAJOR health problems for you and the baby.

Yes it is absolutely possible. My hair stylist had her "last" child about 10 years ago, she had her tubes tied soon after. One year after the tubal ligation she discovered she was pregnant. After that birth she went back in to have her tubes burned so that she would not get pregnant again

It is very unlikely but it is possible. It depends on how the tubal was preformed. If it was done like mine was then it is highly unlikely because not only did the cut the tubes but they burned them the ends too. Realize that it changed your body but to be safe double check with your doctor to make sure.

No it can;t be possible!! Once u get them tied u can never have children again. The symptoms maight be cause of the surgery(tieding ur tubes) Most of the time people feel this way after having any kind of surgery.

well, did you aske the doctor at the time whether or not it would be possible for spontanious regeneration? (it's possible with vesectimies)
otherwise you might want to go see a doctor, for if the tubes are still tied, it may be something else that should probably be treated.

yes..ders a big possibility that ur gona become pregnant if its only tied up...coz it might gona get loose or it might gona dissolve in the system...but if its cut den ders no possibility of gettin preganant but u said its just tied up...so yea...try pregnancy test...

it sure is. i have a sister in law that got pregnant after her's were tied. anything can happen, even miracles.

don't think is possible, you may (depending on your age) going though menopause.. or have some health issue with your woman organs.. I would go to the gyno..ASAP
