Sometimes I think childhood ends when a person becomes sexually aware ..... then your thoughts seem to focus on the opposite sex .... and childlike play becomes secondary. Other times I think it just ends at a event in your life .... like entering high school ..... or graduating from high school ..... or even college.
At what age do you think your childhood ended ...... and when does it end for most people ??

If you keep fun in your life, laugh a lot, your childhood never leaves you. It might go on hold for awhile, but its there watching other children play brings it back, If you have good memories of your childhood, That keeps it alive. Have you ever said When I was a Kid I? Then you get married your childhood comes back in playing games with your kids, and then When you become a Grandma or Grandpa it starts all over again. We all have to lighten up and enjoy life a little more and keep the kid in us alive.

I think I grew up after my mom past away. As for everyone else I think it's all in the environment people grow up in.

It ends officially when you really start to take care of yourself, live on your own, pay for your own bills, and not need financial and emotional support from your family.

it ended when i was 9 for some reason. i guess its cuz my parents divorced,my grandpa died, and the same year my neice died. it is different for most ppl, its usually wut events happen in life that influence when a person 'grows up'
