Ghost Rider 2 or Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance already had been released in 2011 and now you can get DVD of that too.

Don't know, but I just saw Ghost Rider on quicksilverscreen.com for free and it was pretty good...they really stuck to the Marvel story line.

i don't know i haven't seen it yet and if they do plan a second one it will be out somtime next year. Check out imdb.com and see if it is planned.
