How could you NOT win 10 points when you were the only person ?

Well seeing how there was no one else to compare your answer with they gave you the 10 points it must have been a pretty bad question that no one else chose to answer but you.

when it goes to voting people get 1 point for voting best answer ,nil for voting no best answer , they will choose the point:::: if the asker voted they get 3 points "1 answer no choice??

this has happend tome...because u r the only person to answer it may have gone to votes and if no votes i think its closed on that answer. thats the only explantion i could think off
