Don't assume it was me. My husband's ex left pictures like that and I never understood why. He destroyed them.

NO! Do not take that risk!
They can always find a willing, attractive partner. If you remind them of your body, you will also remind them of the reason they left you. Then they might be tempted to use the photos against you.
If you're divorcing, make sure it's in the papers that any nude/seminude photos/negatives/images will either be returned to you or will be destroyed. That way they can't use them against you.
If you're not married, consider some kind of legal action to keep them private.
Don't assume you've found them all.

I must be 100% honest with you. If I was to ever attempt to sell my photo's I'd lose money. Ha! And as far as the wife being alright with it? Well after she got herself up off the floor from laughing so hard she'd probably say go for it if it makes you feel good. Would I support her doing the same, not at all. Although she is a very attractive and well put together woman for the half century mark I would not support her showing off to total strangers. Call me old fashioned or whatever you want but with my lady all things of this nature are meant strictly between us.

No, i wouldnt leave those behind. They can come back and cause you tons of trouble!
If you've broken up with someone, why would you care to even remind them of what they lost? I say if you break up, be done with them
