Tons of them.
White Zombie's bassist was female. So is Sonic Youths (Kim Gordon), and the Pixies/Breeders (Kim Deal), Smashing Pumpkins too.
Not to mention the bass player from L7 (all female band), the Bangles (all female too), and any number of other girl groups (at least the ones that actually play their own instruments).

There are so many... Kim Gordon from Sonic Youth, Kathy Foster from The Thermals, the girl from the Pixies, the girl from Smashing Pumpkins just to name a couple. I'm a girl and I play bass and I love it so much!

What about the girl from The Donnas, and lets see, wasn't the bassist for Heart a girl? Also, what about Le Tigre? Don't they have a female bassist? Oh yeah and Bikini Kill.....female bassist there too.
Oh yeah and Jeanne Sagan...female bassist for All That Remains! Female bassist in The Nuns too! Emma Anzai, bassist for Sick Puppies.....female.....
