Well the body did go to the closest living kin, which is her daughter. Even though the baby is only 5 months old, the court appointed guardian will be able to make that decision now. I think the judge made the right choice.

I think so she needs to be by her son and she bought the polts so that shoild have told everyone where she wanted to be buried
