what is the continuous beeping in a 1995 honda accord mean?

even after the car is turned off and the door is shut there is still a beeping in the car. does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have a Honda Integra 1993 and I am having a problem with the central locking/alarm system. It blows a fuse every now and then. When the fuse blows there is a continuous bleeping from the car. I presume to warn me that a fuse is blown. It stops when I replace the fuse. The bleeping does not continue when the ignition is turned off, but this does sound very like the problem you are having. Check out all your fuses and see if replacing any blown fuse might stop the bleeping. Good luck, Scallywag
