because a library you are not suppost to be load cause your disturbing other people and they do not want to join in at the desturbance. a plane is differant people are not there to concentrate there thier trying to go somewhere else.

Screaming in library=you are crazy.
Screaming on plane=someone else on the plane is crazy and going to kill everyone.

lol, good question, maybe it is because a scream in a library is regarded as an annoyance, but a scream on a plane could be a threat

becaue when u scream in a libray it is quite so u can read, when u scream on a plane everyone thinks that there is a defect with the plane and they will be savagely ripped apart piece by piece.

becuase most people in the library are quite and when all of a sudden they here a loud noise the look becuase its not something they are used to hearing in a library
