Perez was sued on Tuesday by Universal Studio for copyright infrigment. They are accusing him of posting a stolen topless photo of Jennifer Aniston that was shot and then stolen during the filming of "The Breakup". It was cut from the final movie and they are saying that he came about it illegally...

I think there are too many of us trying to log on to get today's dirt. Try What would Tyler Durden Do? His stuff is just as good and some times he scoops Perez. In fact Tyler leaked it that Perez was being sued for the pics of Jennifer Anniston
