Makeup or Au Naturale???

Question

do u think women look more beautiful with makeup or going natural? does a lil look good? what r some skincare products that make your skin beautiful without makeup? i get compliments on my looks with makeup and without but im not sure which is better looking. i LOVE mascara so even when i dont wear anything else i'll still wear mascara. so what do u think is beauty bettr with makeup just to enhance or better natural?

I've read in magazines, that 2007's "look" is looking natural. But that doesn't mean that you can't wear a little bit. Also, if you are getting compliments with and without, you must be pretty, and make-up isn't really supposed to cover up your face, its to "enhance" your beauty. So, i would say to use maybe a little bit of foundation, mascara, and a natural colour eyeshadow.

I think that wether a woman can get away with no make-up or not, depends largely on genetics. Some women have naturally smooth, non-pigmented skin and can get away with little or no make-up, lucky bums! I used to be llike that, always getting compliments on my skin, but now I'm in my 30's and I have to work a little more at it. It seems unanimous though, that almost all women atleast have to have mascara if nothing else, it makes you look more youthful and innocent ;-) Never a bad thing. Have you tried Bare Escentuals? That's what I use as a foundation and I'll never ever go back to liquids. You just brush it on and go, and I have found that it looks like you just have naturally porcelain looking skin, plus it has SPF 15 in the mix to help prevent FUTURE skin problems, aka aging. I've also heard that it clears blemishes, although I don't know if you have any. Remember though that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it's always gonna boil down to what's on the inside, not the outside.

If you want to make your skin look beautiful without makeup, all you really need to use is a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. I use Cetaphil--it comes in a big (16-ounce) bottle at the drugstore and costs about $10.

Anything else depends on your skin type. For instance, I have dry skin, so I use a moisturizer.

You do NOT need an elaborate or expen$ive skin care routine. And you do NOT need to put anything on your skin that you know is going to irritate it or cause problems with it.

It depends on the girl. I don't wear any makeup because my eyes don't go good with it. Foundation isn't a good option, but coverup's okay. If you look good with eyeliner and mascara wear it. If not don't. Just don't doll yourself up so much you can't tell who you are without it!!

i like makeup, but it is good to look au naturale. u shouldnt make ur makeup look really fake/colorful for normal days. if its like a special occosion then it ok 2 use more colors.

if you want to keep it natural but want abit of cover then i have to reccomend a pure plant foundation that is so natural you can sleep in it! its called I.D foundation and you can buy it on-line, though i get mine from my beauticians. its really unusual as it is like a fine powder but you mix it in the lid with a brush and brush it on and it makes your skin flawless but you don't feel like you are wearing anything and most importantly don't look like you are wearing anything but your skin glows. its abit dear at £24.00 but one pot lasts abour six months as you don't need to use much! hope this helps!
