hello, i have tried to get assistance to get my daughter in daycare through my states child care and development fund, i was denied because i work less than 25 hours a week, but i have filled out applications and no calls, i have limited availability bc i don't have the money to put my daughter in daycare, or anyone to watch her for me to work more, the job i have can't give me any more hours than they are, does anyone know where i can get some assistance?

Call local children's services and welfare offices; check with your church to see if they have a program, contact the providers in the area and ask them for suggestions; they should have some ideas.

Well, I am not sure about the assitance for the child care, but I have a great suggestion to get out of the situation you are in, based on personal experience. I have a great career I do from home. I started part time, in my spare time and now that it took off I do it full time. Maybe you can start and then quit when you get going and be a full time mom and still support you daughter. My husband was even able to quit his job 3 weeks, well almost 4 weeks ago now, and he helps me now. The company is awsome, members of the US Chamber of Commerce, BBB, and I still get benefits and a 401k plan even working from home.
I get to help people every day and make a great living doing it, which I also find very rewarding. 90% is internet work, so it is real easy to work at odd hours 2 here, 4 there and still do well. I would be happy to share info if you are interested.
