Which cpu better for my mother broad and i am going touse it for gaming .....

The correct answer is none. as most games require the VIDEO card to be the most powerful, NOT the cpu. Just goto www.tomshardware.com for the proof.
So if on a budget, get AMD cpus, it not, at least the E6300 intel cpu. But spend most of the money on the video card.

THE E4300 WILL GIVE U BETTER PERFORMANCE EVEN IF U DONT OVERCLOCK.

How many times must u ask the same question? Core 2 Duo is FAR superior to Pentium.

It depends on if you are planning on overclocking the processor or not.

The Core 2 Duo is a more advanced processor with some amazing overclocking abilities. If you do use overclocking, this processor will beat the P4 hands down.

But the P4 is clocked high already and will probably give you better performance if you are not going to overclock.

i didn't know that they had Dual core pentium 4. but anyways i have a pentium D 2.8ghz and it runs everything quite well. Get the core 2 duo!
