A rabbit will only become mroe tame with frequent handling. Also a fair environment will probably stress a rabbit out, so it may be more prone to biting

handle it gently as much as you can ,talk to it,,pet it,talk to it when you feed it,most rabbits respond after they get used to being handled and feel safe ,,NO FAST MOVES OR LOUD NOISE,also don't bring hand down in front of face till they are handled a lot,,,instinct tells them this is where predators approach,i have rabbits and chickens that are trained to sit on hand or shoulder,start at a early age,spend lots of time with them,they will be fun and your best friend

The more time you spend handling it, the more tame it will be.
