Me and my fiancee had sex in our car the other day and I was wandering if we broke the law. We were in the back seat, though naked, we were not visable. But if a policeman had come by would we be arrested.

If its onl your property and not visible to the general public, then your ok, many people get in trouble when they are seen by the public and someone calls the police and depending on your state, there are many different violations for this behavior. Or if your on private property or at a park an dare observed by someone or if the police happen to do a check on the vbehicle and find you all naked having sex, or even just naked..???

Depends on where you were when you did the dirty deed. If you were on your own private property and no one could see you, I'd say you were ok. However, if you were in the Wal Mart Parking lot that would be public nudity. What happened to your bed????? Or where you doing this on a dare. Most police would tell you to dis-connect and go home. Ever hear of Motels???

It'd probably depend on the state you live in (you can check your state Judiciary Home Page for stuff like that), but definitely the public sex/indecency thing is illegal. I've done it plenty of times. Key is to go where you won't get caught. Good to mix things up sometimes. ;)

Where was the car?
If parked on private property (not yours or your fiances), then you can be arrested for tresspassing.
If parked on public property (the old back dirt road for example), then you can be arrested for public nuisance or indecency.
If parked on private property and not visible to anyone, no cop can come on your property.
If parked on private property but visible, then you can be arrested for indecency.

It depends on the cop - he might arrest you for indecent exposure, and he might give you a warning and walk away laughing!

It is illegal if the car is parked in a public area or if there is a reasonable chance somebody will see you.

i got busted once, the windows were so fogged up, the cop had to come right up to the car and put the flashlight right to the window, scared the crap out of both of us, had a laugh with the cop and he let us go.
it may be illegal, but being charged with it, depends if the cop is a dikkhead or not

if you were on private property that isn't yours, you broke the law. if you were seen in public naked, you could get fined for public nudity but i don't think you can be arrested.

Sex in a public place, yeah it's illegal. If you want to do it again go somewhere you are sure not to be disturbed. Congratulations on being so flexible.
