Depends on what you want to do. If you're wanting to lose fat from that area: diet and cardio. There really is NO SUCH THING as spot reduction of fat. That concept doesn't even make sense. Your body doesn't selectively choose fat from here vs. there. Anyway. If you're wanting to tone that area, you can always use the cable machine you sit on that extends your legs out straight in front of you and has you bring your legs in together. There's also a version where you do the same motion with your legs bent and the pads hit you at the knees. Those are better than nothing, but the best exercise for your inside thigh and leg in general are lunges and squats. If you do squats, use a machine unless you're comfortable doing them with free weights and that's fine, too. Lunges you can do any variety of ways and they're an excellent, excellent leg exercise... that's great for your butt, too.
