He made the only decision that could have been made. I think the judge made a sound decision based on the situation.

I'm glad. I have an 18 year-old son and 5 year-old daughter, so I think I know how she must have felt. If my son met an untimely death, and then I did too, I would want to be buried next to him - I think it would make my younger child feel a little better thinking of her mom and brother being together in the afterlife.

The difference is that my mom would agree with my line of thinking for the same reason. Shame on Anna Nicole's mom!

I am glad also. Anyone who knew anything about Anna Nicole knew that she loved her son more than life itself.
Peace out.

Girl.... are you kidding? I am sitting here at the public library.. not even a television in sight and I didn't realize the verdict was even in! Yeah!
I may not be a big fan of hers but you would have to have lived on Uranus not to know she loved her son and wanted to be buried next to him in the Bahamas! Peace be on her!

I think the more important question everyone should concern themselves with is who is the father of that poor innocent child?
They could have buried ANS in Milwaukee for all I care.
That poor child has one messed up future right now. All you have is 4 idiots claiming to be the father, a ton of money to fight over and one dead guys frozen jiminey to consider.
This was one messed up chick. She hung out with a leach for the last 10 years who was waiting to get his hands on that money. We have all these so called "friends' of ANS coming out of the woodwork to get on television. This is just pathetic. The whole situation is very sad and very stupid. We can find something better and more important to spend our time consumed with I am certain. By next week, ANS talk will have slowed down for another update on Britney Spears rehab run.
It saddens me that people have nothing better to talk about, especiially with innocent soldiers dying everyday in a pointless war.

No I disagree.

The judge is emotional involved and is judging on emotions not the law.

Body should be release to next of kin which would be the mother. The child is not old enough to have a lawyer and to have opinion.

I'm very happy that she's going to be Buried with her Son Daniel! I really Hope Howard K. Stern gets custody of Dannielynn, I think he’s been there for her since she was born.

That should have been a non issue. It was obvious to any body with half a brain that she wanted to be with her son. Her mom should be ashamed of her self. She knows her daughter didn't want anything to do with her when she was alive so why is it OK to claim her body and her money now that she's dead?
