Hi!

Mercedes are cr*p!

I LOVE their cars, but their customer services people leave a LOT to be desired, I'm afraid!!

Sorry to hear about your trouble with the after sales.

I wish you the best of luck though!

Absolutely agree - their aftersales is a disagrace, they will want to serve you like a royal, and after they have got your money they don't want to know you!!!

I would rather go and buy from a used car specialist, and save money and the embarrassment of using a mercedes benz dealer as I think they are a waste of time.

Never experienced Merc after-sales service myself, but a (very rich) friend of mine says he usually gets what he wants by shouting at them! I did hear a bit of anecdotal evidence which suggested that some Mercedes dealerships were so p*ssed off with the way the company treated them that there was an 'unofficial' contest to see who could treat their customers worst! I don't know if it's true, but it would explain a lot.

being eu and traveling the placement frequently, i could take subject with what you in simple terms suggested. Europeans do *not* hate individuals. it is genuinely not actual. They dislike what we are starting to be, from selfless, noble liberators who painted seashores of Normandy pink with their blood, giving all a man or woman grants, then rebuilding Europe, to impolite, loud, callow, crass travelers with an concepts-set, who under no circumstances found out the sacrifices of their fathers. have confidence me, individuals at the instant are not hated, yet a number of our policies are... I keep in mind a poster a chum from Europe sent me these days, it beneficial factors an Abrams tank with 2 infantry infantrymen strolling patrol on the two factors... the caption ? "pass to usa, in the previous usa visits you" i don't think Europeans hate individuals, not for a 2d... and that i talk from journey... Europeans like American people, it quite is what we do they won't accept as true with, or justify to any extent further...

The service has been no more than you should accept from any main dealer. However I object to the extortionate labour charges to support all those young ladies handing out cups of coffee and getting between me and someone in service who is a qualified technician.

I went in to my local dealership (manchester,uk) to buy a brand new c-class.
The guy said he would call me back with a price from the spec that I wanted , that was 3 months ago and never heard since!!

After sale at the Bracknel dealership.I was treated as if my business was important to them.

The dealership at Basingstoke made me feel that they were doing me the favour by condesending to service my car.
