i got a engine gave to me and the carb was off of it and my question is. how do you hook up the spring from the govner to the lthrottle linkage?

Go by a small engine parts place they can give you a blow up of the engine. you hook the spring to the gov lever then a small wire hooks to the spring then to the carb...
