New years resolutions - stop smoking (I already don't smoke - I will have the occasional cig, but they make me nauseous).

Stop swearing? (F**k that)

I mainly resolved to get in shape, and I've been at the gym almost every day. I'm really not concerned about weight, so I eat pretty much whatever I want (within reason).

I don't believe in "New Years resolutions". I have made so many and failed at them all. This year I decided BEFORE New Years that I was going to committ to changing my life and I started
right away.......before the holidays and I am still going strong.

I have. It's easy to keep them just think to yourself that by doing those things you are hurting someone. Think about it for a short time. And after that it should be easier to keep your New Years Resolutions.

Yes and yes, I said I had to lose weight and joined Weight watchers, and up to now I've been for a month, and intend to carry on and lose at least 3 stone. Chocolate don't bother me so I'm not interested in Easter Eggs, they are a waste of money anyway.
