Make your enemy your friend, and you destroy the enemy.

During my lifetime I have had a handful of true enemies with which I've had to deal. After trying many options, some of which nearly cost me my life, I was forced to conclude that the only way to completely destroy any enemy is to kill him or it.

take everything away the allows your enemy to continue to exist, if hate or depression is your enemy, a systematic approach of eliminating everything that gives rise to hate or depression would be the solution, if a person is your enemy, one must identify and eliminate those things that give rise to the idea that you have an enemy, then and only then will you have no more enemy.. if you kill someone will you stop perceiving them as your enemy? no, only eliminating the idea of an enemy will destroy it completely... whether this is right or wrong i do not know, if someone murders my kid, i will kill them...but i never want to stop seeing them as my enemy and i will never be gone of the idea that they are my enemy, nor would i want to

Starve a tribe of the elusive monkey rats for roughly a week then leave them in darkened room with said enemy and watch the drama unfold.

Enemy? Are you talking in the sense of physically destroying them or socially? I'm not sure I understand what you are asking?

Ones answer depends upon whom it is one considers ones enemy really.

Best of luck.

If you kill them, you may not destroy them completely they will still be remembered, thus still around. People can still evoque them and quote them and talk about them.
No to destroy something or someone completely, you need to make your enemy forgettable.

Revenge just shows how much you're still thinking about them. The only way to really "kill your enemy" is to move on to something else and find happiness elsewhere.

complete and utter decimation. the first white flag you see should immediately have the pole shot out from underneath it and destroyed. any time the enemy surrenders, tell him to pick up his gun and shoot back or die immediately. the first man that cries about abuse of the enemy should either be killed or sent to the enemy they protect to be killed at their hands. as Patton said "We shall grease our tanks with their entrails."
