have a girls nite together- play games, watch disney movies, bake food, do makeup, talk about the boys you like... just have fun. You don't need to plan a whole nite out. Just do what you think would be fun- and i'm sure your friend will have ideas too.

Watch movies, paint each others nails. When I was you're age we would watch movies and see who could stay up the latest. You'll figure it out when you're friend comes over.
