What is the best way to mail a resume, folded up in a #10 or layout flat in a full sized envelope?

I always mail mine in a full size envelope so that the resume stays nice and flat and easy for people to read!! :) Plus, most of the time, they want cover letters, transcripts, applications and letters of reference, so with all of this "stuff", the full sized envelopes make it easier!! Good luck with the job!! :)

the best way is either to mail it in an envelope big enough to not have to bend it, fax it, or just hand it in person. an resume is serious, so you want to treat it like a serious document. folding isn't healthy, and remember your coversheet.
