I think the pain in your abdomen may be caused by the ab muscles seperating to allow more room for the baby. I have read this causes pain just behind your belly button. As for how far along you are, some babies just grow faster than others. My friend had 4 different due dates because one month the sonogram would show the baby at one age (developmentally) and then the next month another. Babies just grow at different rates. You should speak to your doctor about the contractions and pain. For the cold, just try to get plenty of rest and see your doc if you have a temp.

you could be 36 weeks preg. When the contractions hurt so bad that you wish you could just crawl in a hole and die then your baby might be coming. Trust me you wont get any ease untill you give birth. It will only get worse. It also sounds like you might be dialating or already dialated some.

Well..remember mother nature has her own ideas when your baby might come....be ready for anything! Don't alway count on doctors... they are never 100% accurate!

as for your cold...sleep, sleep, sleep! Your body heals it's self most when you are asleep. Tea, chicken soup, and vitamin C can't hurt either!

Good Luck and I hope you feel better! :)
