Of course it is possible, but Arsenal would be my worry for that scenario right now. Liverpool look OK but I know better than to count Barca out. Man U I think will hold strong at Old Trafford and Chelsea look OK with an away goal on the board.
Europe's reaction, I think it will annoy some but not just from Europe.

Man Utd will be OK with their away goal, chelsea will have to put in a bit of work, liverpool are in a good position and only need to hold their nerve and arsenal will need to work hard at the emirates. But i think all 4 teams will make it through

I think it's quite possible Chelsea and Man U for sure, Liverpool should but Barca can stun them, just hope Arsenal are out but more likely theyre staying I would say its at 70%that all teams go

I is possible. Liverpool are up and Chelsea and Man U are heading home in good position. Arsenal will need to fair much better at home than they did on the road.

it is most likely that all four English teams will progress to the quarter-finals. this represent that the Premiership is still the best league in the world.

I don't know, but in North America there would be a collective yawn.
The reaction of Greece would be to triple its police presence the night of the finals.
