To convert a Celsius temperature to Fahrenheit, multiply by 9/5 and add 32. An increase of 1 degree Celsius equals to achange of 9/5 i,e 1.8 degrees.

100 C = 212 F (water boiling)

To convert from F to C
1. subtract 32
2. divide by 9
3. multiply by 5

To convert from C to F

1. multiply by 9
2. divide by 5
3. add 32

Tf = 9/5 * Tc + 32
Tc = (Tf - 32) * 5/9

(F-32) / 1.8 = Celcius
(C x 1.8) + 32 = Fahrenheit
