IS this like having 2 in one computers.

No, just because it has dual cores does not mean it can be used as two separate computers.

Yes, but they'll both be doing the same thing :)

You'll have just on O/S and while the monitors can display different stuff, both mice and keybpards will appear as one - they will not work independantly.
