1. [3^0 * 2/2^-2]-3

well, anything to the zero power is 1
2/2^-2 = 2*2^2 = 8

(1*8)^-3 = (1/8^3) = 1/512

2. not too sure, sorry
but I'd try setting it up like this: 1+x*1 = 1.08
but, im not sure where to go from there

3. (4n^-1)^2
can also be written as

(4n^-1)=4/n

(4/n)^2
= 16/n^2
