Yes it is possible for the baby to move up until they come out. Do not base your contractions on the movement of your baby.

The baby should still be moving during labor. The movement usually slows, but he/she still moves. If you are contracting at specific intervals and the contractions do not stop when you move or lie down then you may be in labor. Many women have braxton-hicks contractions and think they are the real thing (twice, with my third child...you'd think I would have known!) but vary rarely will a woman be in labor and not realize it.
Good luck and congrats on the new addition,.

Yes... I am an obgyn nurse, and the baby is most likely twisting, turning, and shifting into normal position. The movement you feel also may be the contractions grabbing the baby as it's turning forcing it into a good position. Some women have babies at the hospital I work at with their bellies just rumbling all over! I even had a baby kick a monitor off the mother's belly while they were in labor because of the ruckus in there! So it's probably a good sign, the baby is probably turning, and he/she will probably kick throughout the whole process! It's a good sign! Most likely a very healthy baby!

she can still be moving during contractions, usually when you're closer to time to push, the movement will slow down cuz she's bein squeezed out

yes they do still move, imy first baby had to be pushed back up into the birth canal and his head had to be turned face down as he was looking up while his body was in the proper position.
