He doesn't LET me have the remote. It's not like it's his to give or keep. My TV, my remote -- but on the rare occasions when we watch TV, we share it.

We don't have that problem.
We watch what we both can decide on. If not we have two other TV's in the house...
Often I can't decide on anything so I give him th eremote & Vice Versa.

Probably like 80% of the time...He's always working so I usually have it anyway so He lets me keep it.... unless there's something on he really wants to watch. Which is fine with me. :-)

The only time I actually have it is when he's not home --- If he's here, he has the remote.
