Princess Anne landed her helicopter at my daughter's school when she came to open a newly built building in the area. It was all kept hush-hush but I knew something was going on when there were lots of Range Rovers with blacked out windows in the school car park and men in black with walkie-talkies. The kids were sworn to secrecy and the next week it was in the local paper. Had I hung around I would have seen her.

A helicopter - well air ambulance landed in the car park right ouside my house christmas eve - not my garden technically but close enough to make the windows shudder!!! Does that count???
