it's important for both of you to get tested first to see what the problem is. it could be something that could be easily fixed with pills or something. like if your ovulation is off you could take clomid to help with that. there are plenty of fertility drugs to choose from to make you produce more eggs so you're more likely to get pregnant. if you get tested and they find out there's something wrong, artificial insemination is one choice... they would take eggs out of you, put his sperm in a dish with them, this way they actually make sure they sperm enter the egg before putting them back in you... it's a minor procedure but very expensive. you could also have him ejaculate into a cup of some type... get a syringe and during your high fertility times, insert in yourself at home and prop your legs up to help em go in the right direction it's the turkey baster method. there really are so many options.
also it takes most couples an average of a year to conceive... so i wouldn't get worried until you hit about the one and a half year marker... if you're there already, talk to a fertility specialist and get tested like i said.

My brother and his wife have been trying for 5 years. They recommend that you start by getting tested first. Make sure that there is live sperm, and that they are able to swim upstream. Then the woman needs to get tested to see how many eggs she makes, if her hormone levels are balanced. After all that, then you should ask about medicine. My brother is a pharmacist, but have finally decided to adopt.
