Everyone of these journalists on tv wants to make him look like one...but anyone who knows the law would tell you this would be appealed, this would be run out with motions counter motions and nothign would get done, especially with the paterntiy circumstances.

So what hes done, is used his New York persuasion, led everyone along, stood flexible when that was needed, and firm when was required.

It was a zoo because too many lawyers and actions were involved, and this judge was perfect to handle it. He led thelawyers on, giving them a taste and disarming them with all his nonsense talk -- which was calculated.

Thats why he allowed the attorneys to act kaotic without the normal structure in ettitquette that normally is required by a judge.

So everyone says he was a senile old man rambling, but he was crazy like a fox, and in a bizarre way, that was the only way he could move things along!

Otherwise it would be stagnant in an ongoing litigation, and her body would not be given to anyone.

So hes tackled every aspect, allowed cousel on all parties to argue as they could, allowed enough arguement where no appeals could have impact on the final burial, and finally brought a resolve.

All at the same time respecting the other issue of paternity that would have if let go on, stretch THIS preceding longer than it had to be.

So good job of balancing the separate cases, and the way he propelled the paternity case to go forward, without directly involving himself that would have complicated the issue more.

This guy did a great job.

I only hoped that at the end, he woudl do a reversal and require stern to take the DNA test, because he could!

Something is wrong here. This is not a court of law, this is a bad joke. This judge is so full of himself, nothing else matters.
He should be disbarred. He want to be the Judge that goes down in History as the judge for Anna Nichole Smith.

I'm not speaking evil of the dead, but the character of this woman should have been sweeped under the rug.

I think he was star struck in the beginning ..and the media helped add to the circus atmosphere . When the weight of the whole case was realized , I think he was trying to please all the wrong people . For all intents & purposes , he did the right thing today -IF Anna Nicole is buried in the Bahamas with her son , as per her wishes . He should have turned the remains over to Howard K. , outright ; but it looks as though her mommy dearest is not done letting her daughter's remains rot enough , yet .

Anna wanted to be buried next to her son, why else might she purchase the added plots. Her mom is a funds hungry lady who does no longer care approximately her daughter, or granddaughter. grew to become on the television and he or she replaced into on the stand, faking tears and the attorney replaced into no longer allowed to ask who replaced into determining to purchase her inn room in the time of the era of the trial. it fairly is an considerable concern and should no longer have been denied, through fact it in simple terms is going to tutor what kind of lady her mom is. enable Anna relax in peace.

I've been avoiding everything having to do with that crap.

I only wish the media would do the same, and actually report about some of the important stuff going on right now.

He is an embarrassment! I think he is mentally unstable or something. He was actually crying when he made the final decision!!! How unprofessional!
