click on help in safari and look for toolbars and how to activate them

if you are talkin about the back and forward buttons, there mabe a fault in the program. i am not fimiliur with safari so i dont no if there is a hide option.
but for now you can use the shorcut key's at

Cmd-[ is Back and
Cmd-] is Forward
