i need nokia site for unluck my phone?

i brought my nokia phone from uk then i wanted to use it in my contry nigeria in west africa

call the network provider..
if you bought it legitimately, then they can give you the unlock code, or else try one of your local mobile shops..

there is usually a charge for this.....
and if the phones blacklisted, the network provider wont do it for you...
and rightly so!
