In right hand drive cars everything is in the same place as in left hand cars..just on the other side..erm...to answer your question: the pedals are all arranged the same, you still break with your right foot.
Why right hand drives where invented in the first place is beyond me!
I drive a standard left hand drive in the UK and wouldnt' have it any other way.
