LOL....I am a licensed Realtor in Kansas and here (unfortunately) a bathroom is defined as having a bathing area, sink and toilet!...So this leaves out the litter box idea.....But maybe I can bring it up at the next meeting?....lol....thanks for giving me a laugh this afternoon....needed it more than you will ever know!....ss

Yes! They are probably "en suite"> Don't forget if you stand on the toilet and use binoculars you may also have "sea views" ! Do your kitties play in a particular room? That could be the "entertainment area"! :)
