How do you get internet on your phone??? and msn??

I want to get mig33 on my fone tho i dont hv internet, i need to send the settings or something. My phone is a d600 but do you know anything how to get internet on??

Call your network operator. They should be able to send you an SMS containing a SIM update that will put in all the correct settings.
