I've learned from my grandma when things are stressful to think positive! Put the bad stuff to the back of your mind... do something you enjoy to take your mind off of it. Anything... I have build a coffin in my basement just because it takes my mind off stress. I'm eventually gonna destroy the coffin becuase they are creepy but at least I had a good time making it.

Go to a salon and ask the beautician to fix you up like a drag queen. Ask him /her to take a few close-ups of you face. Choose which among them are silliest blow it up, hang it in your living room. Look at it and there is no way that you won't be able to laugh. If this is too much for you, eat some dark chocolates.
