All were invented by women, I believe it was bulletproof vest though, not vase.

I disagree.
While the Windshield wiper (Mary Anderson) and Fire escape (Anna Connely) were invented by women, The laser printer was invented by a man and so was bulletproof vest. At the forefront, the Rev. Casimir Zeglen of Chicago, IL developed a bullet proof vest made of silk fabric at the turn of the last century.
I think the correct answer is that they all use some form of Poly-carbon thermoplastic (Kelvar to be exact) in there construction.

They can all be sold on E-bay. don't know, really, but hey, it would be hard for anybody to disprove.
