what is cache3.cdc.gov? It's a strange IP address that visits my blog site. But i can't find out where it's from.

Its the third cache server from the cdc domain using the top level .gov domain (usually assigned to government organisations).
Its probably a search engine collating information ready to use for future searches

Either that or you have triggered a keyword in your blog !!!!
