It was working just fine an hour ago. Either your computer or the site may be having a momentary glitch. Try (in order):
Close your current browser window and open a new one.
If you're on a network, log off and log back on.
Restart your computer.
Shut down your computer completely; then power up again.
If none of those get you to YouTube, and you're not having any problem getting to other websites, then YouTube itself is having problems. You'll just have to be patient and try again later. Good luck.
