Regular razor for a closer shave, not more than 2 blades! I used the three blade one hoping for a closer shave, it was awful!
Use lots of shaving cream and moisturize the area everyday! I even read that Dove deodorant rubbed on the bikini line helps stop bumps because it moisturizes. (It helps with underarm shaving bumps too!)

I use a regular razor with a good shave gel (Skintimates) and shave in the direction that the hair grows and I never get bumps.

The answer is to stop all this crazyness about shaving and waxing. Hairy is natural. Be natural the way you were made. Its much hotter than razor bumps which are a real turn off.

electric razors are less likely to give you razor burn and bumps. they're a bit more expensive, but worth it in the long run (plus you use less shaving cream). i use remington for women and haven't had any problems with it.

i really think that any type of shaving will cause you to have bumps! Waxing is really good for shaving rash, obviously bcoz you dont get it. Also immac too, that works well! Also shave away from the grain so its not too close. It wont feel spikey but will give you less of a shaving rash

I would go for an electric razor if you can find a good one.
