I am filling out medical forms and need to know what this is. Please help!!!

a guarantor is a person who says that they will be responsible for any debt you owe if you can't pay it. It could have other meanings too, so maybe call up the company and ask what they specifically mean.

a guarantor is a professional that has known you for at least two years. ie a doctor, lawyer, accountant...etc.
