yes it does. What u can do about 6 weeks after the baby is exercise. Sit up work great, Do 5 series of 15 repetitions 3 times a week. This really works to tighten ur tommy!!

Not necessarily. It completely depends on your genetics. Some women are left with stretched skin that sags, others have more resilient skin that retracts to its original condition. To address an earlier response, if stretching does occur, no amount of sit-ups or crunches will do anything about it. Those exercises work muscles, not skin. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to try to prevent lose skin following childbirth so I'd say cross that off of your list of things to worry about and focus on the ones you can control!

Yes. You just pushed out a baby that took up the hollow space in your uterus. As your your uterus contracts after the baby is born it reduces in size until in about six weeks it is back to prepregnancy size. Your body will slowly get back to normal. Just eat right, exercise, breast feed, and be poud of your kangaroo pouch.
