Ideally, 6 to 8 ounces 4 times a day, in addition to starting solids. All babies are different, though, and you may have to modify it according to your baby's needs. As long as your baby keeps wetting same amount of diapers and gaining weight, don't worry if (s)he drinks less. My son (although breasfed) never drinks more than 5 ounces at a time, but he gets hungry more often. It's all up to the baby!

Approximately 2.5 ounces per pound of their weight. So if the baby weighs 17 lbs he/she needs ABOUT 42.5 ounces every 24 hours. That is adjusted also by whether or not the baby is on solids and how much.

My little girl will be 6 months in a couple of days and she has cereal in the morning, and a jar of food and crackers in the evening, plus she takes about 7 oz every 3 1/2 to 4 hours during the day. My daughter is pretty "thin" and barely tips the scale at 15lbs.

Hope this helps :)

(BTW-your picture is adorable!)

Honey that's actually a question left best answered by your family physician. I say this based on a few things, 1.) the development of your baby, 2.) all babies are not alike, and 3.) your baby knows his/her fill ratio, you will began to notice a trend trust me,lol. The one thing that will remain the same as most babies is the amount of wet vs. pop diapers your infant will have within any given 24hr period. Just make sure he/she it fully hydrated.

Depends on your baby. My daughter is 6 months and one week. She drinks up to 7 oz. If your baby starts throwing up though, not just spitting up and gets fussy reduce the amount by one ounce. If it persists consult a pediatrician.

at least 20-24 oz a day. No more than 35 oz though. You should spread them out throughout the day.
