people have to be so rude when they really don't need to be?
How did society evolve (or devolve) to the ettiquette that we have now a days. How come people feel that they have to be mean to the little guy?

well its called survival of the fittest, we don;t really have that in the litteral sence any more and we've changed the term to "nice guys finish last". people think that you have to do whatever it takes to get what you want, and it works. the more aggresive person will get the promotion, the more aggresive person with get the guy/girl that they are after. instead of asking why are people like this, you should be asking "why do we reward people like this?" the a$$hole always get the girl and the raise, but why is it that the girl always want the jerk and not the nice guy?

No no, please, don't you believe it, not everyone is mean and rude, I am an ex-mean dude, and, I am a reformed rude dude. Those who are mean or rude or both usually end up getting there *** kicked like a toilet broken seat. I like being nice now and, I like having such great manners that I am really a true authenic gentleman. I'm not kidding. I now say please, excuse me, how are you?, can I get you some coffee or sweet cream for that coffee, please don't be drinking in public, etc, etc, etc, so don't worry about the creeps who sneak around just waiting to make somone feel awful. Who are you? You sound so nice and concerned about those mean and rude guys, but now you know that there are still very nice guys like me who'd give you the shirt off my back if you didn't have a sweater to wear in the cold snowy storm weather, and after you noticed how nice I would be you would think when I wasn't around, and you'd say to yourself, "Hey everyone? Where is that nice guy." And I'd be right there somewhere waiting to kick the s**t out of someone who was mean or rude to you.

Society has evolved to the point where everyone is selfish and has a sense of entitlement. Unfortunately, it will only get worse.
